We deliver exclusively to countries within the European Union, UK, Switzerland and Norway. We offer a 25€ flat rate shipping to the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Deliveries to countries within the EU are free of charge.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays). We make our best effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Successfully placed orders will receive an order confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation at email@example.com.
Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order, excluding all shipping charges and fees incurred as a result of the return.
Estimated delivery time is, but not guaranteed to, 7 to 10 business days. Please note we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Eldvarm reserves the right to choose the carrier service at the time of expedition. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier information and tracking number.
International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the EU might be subject to custom duties and taxes due on delivery. These charges are at your own expense. Please refer to your local customs office for more information.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number, sent to your given email address.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to send back the product at your own cost, and with a delivery service of your choosing. We suggest you get a receipt and a tracking ID from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to track the return shipment if needed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International returns (ex EU)
If a returned item is from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Eldvarm is not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. To start a claim, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If a shipping cost was applied, this will not be refunded. Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If a package remains unclaimed within 14 days after delivery, Eldvarm reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover the return shipping fee and freight companies’ administrative costs. Eldvarm will refund the unclaimed packages, but we will not pay back the shipment cost and handling fee.
