Payments & Returns
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options, where available, are shown at checkout.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help, but once fulfilment has begun we may not be able to make amendments.
EU customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Outside the EU, all sales are final. Full details in our Returns policy.

Our products are made in small specialist workshops in Europe, combining skilled craftsmanship with considered design. Production runs are deliberately small to maintain quality.

We do not currently offer custom finishes on individual orders. For larger project or contract enquiries, contact us and we can discuss what may be possible.
Our products are sold as designed, and we are not able to offer mixed finishes on a single piece. That said, many of our collections work well together across colourways. If you have a specific combination in mind, feel free to contact us.
From time to time we retire products or colourways to make room for new designs. If you are looking for something you can no longer find on the site, contact us and we will let you know if it is still available anywhere.
Our products are made from natural materials including leather, brass, steel and wood, crafted in small specialist workshops across Europe. We believe in making things well and making them last. You can read more about our approach on our Materials page.
Most Eldvarm products are designed for indoor use, but we do have a range of outdoor products. If you are unsure whether a specific product is suitable for outdoor use, contact us and we will be happy to advise.
Each product page shows live stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you will see this clearly on the page. You are welcome to contact us to ask about restock timelines.

Care & Maintenance
Caring for your Eldvarm pieces will keep them looking their best for years to come. Each material has slightly different needs. Visit our Care Guide for full guidance on steel, brass, wood, and leather.
Wood handles should be kept dry and wiped clean with a dry or lightly dampened cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water or cleaning products. Occasionally treating oiled walnut with a small amount of furniture oil will help it maintain its colour and condition. Full details on our Care Guide page.
Yes, and we think that is part of what makes them special. Brass, vegetable-tanned leather and wood will all change subtly over time. You can read more on our Materials page.
We recommend wiping steel and powder-coated surfaces with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or anything acidic, as these can damage the finish over time. Full details on our Care Guide page.
Minor surface marks on powder-coated steel can sometimes be buffed gently with a soft cloth. Deeper scratches are harder to repair at home. If a product has been damaged and you would like advice, contact us.
Wipe tools down after use with a dry cloth while still warm but not hot, or once fully cooled. For heavier soot build-up, a slightly damp cloth can be used on steel surfaces. Avoid getting water on leather or wood elements.
