Where Do You Ship To?
At the moment we ship to EU countries, Switzerland, the UK, Canada and the US (mainland). If you live in any other country and want to buy, please contact us.
Order Processing
Successfully placed orders will receive an order confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order, excluding all shipping charges and fees incurred as a result of the return.
Delivery Time
A typical order is shipped within 5 working days, and then you can estimate 5-7 working days for delivery. Please be aware there may be delays by the carrier or during customs clearance, over which we have very little control. Generally shipments work very smoothly though!
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order.
Shipping Charges
The shipping cost will be shown before checkout. This cost includes import duties.
Returns
All sales are final. No returns available at this time.
If you are unsure which colours to buy, we are happy to help you, just contact us, and we can even send you some physical colour samples for a small fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
