Ash and embers need the right tools. The shovel has a deep blade so nothing spills on the way out, where most shovels have handles too long and blades too small to be of much use. The brush cleans with a natural blend of horse hair and plant fibre that works thoroughly without scratching the hearth. Designed by Emma Olbers and sold as a pair, they also hang from the Emma Wall Hook beside the fireplace.
